Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree and four years of work experience that involved responsibility for program administration, project management, or highly technical administrative duties of increasing complexity.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to those individuals that have experience creating reports using a report writing software; experience creating and using SQL statements in a large database; experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Access; past experience with written and verbal communication.

Summary of Work
This position maintains the North Dakota Workforce Connections Virtual One Stop System (VOS) and the online services system for use by Job Service North Dakota (JSND) staff, employers, and job seekers; monitors data quality of the system, and develops, generates, and analyzes state required reports as well as a large number of management reports. Manages/adjusts permissions for all JSND employees using the VOS system. When upgrades to the VOS system occur, this position has coordination responsibility to ensure interfaces and software upgrades are tested and installed by the individuals responsible and communicates issues with the vendor. Communicates both verbally and in writing on a daily basis with the vendor and staff in the Customer Service Offices.
