Day to Day Work
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to queries from suppliers and internal customers via e-mail and phone
- Assist Bangalore Accounts Payable teams with escalated queries
- Provide fast cycle response and accurate, complete information upon request
- Work as a team player to assist with additional AP activities such as resolving AP issues, working AP reports.
- Continual review and update of process documentation when needed
- Participate in driving a 'sales culture'' attitude and demonstrate excellent customer focus
Key Responsibilities
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Minimum of one to two years of accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle accounting system desirable
- PC knowledge particularly Windows, Word, and Excel
- Strong decision making and problem solving abilities
- Maintains stable performance under pressure
- Good customer focus
- Ability to work in a team centered environment
- Ability to conduct good research/analysis
- Ability to establish priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Aptitude for numbers
- Overtime may be required
