Day to Day Work
Accounts Payable Mailroom duties including:
- Voucher/file invoices
- Archive/store invoices
- Open/print and scan invoices/mail
- Respond to queries for invoice copies
- Monitor invoice email box
- Email management including archiving
- Rescan bad images from original invoices or contact suppliers in-country to request better quality invoices
- Assist Accounts Payable teams with queries
- Provide fast cycle response and accurate, complete information upon request
- Continual review and update of process documentation
Technical & Behavioral Skills
- Ability to multi task
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable on the computer
- Team orientedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
