Day to Day Work
This position will touch all aspects within the HR Service Center (HRSC). The HRSC serves all Unisys and Unisys Technical Services Employees within the US and some services are also performed on a global scale. This position is responsible for a high level of confidentiality. This position will require familiarity or expert level in the following areas once training is complete:
- New Hire Onboarding processing and support of U.S. new hires
- Education Reimbursement processing
- Disability coordination
- Answer HR questions from across the US via phone, e-mail, and web
- Exit Interviewing and Termination letters
- Referral award processing
- Outplacement Services invoice processing for Reduction in Force
- I-9 compliance program and E-verify program entry
- SOX''s Reconciliation
- Invoicing and Purchase Orders
- Special Agreements
- Process Documentation
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Technical & Behavioral Skills
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE RELATED SPECIFICALLY TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE JOB:
- Two year Human Resources degree or equivalent work related experience
- PC knowledge with intermediate knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong sense of customer focus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Good multi-tasking skills
