This position will be working at the Profile store in Bismarck, ND. Full-time, 80 hours per 2 week pay period; day, evening and weekend shifts to include working between 7:00am-7:00pm M-F and between 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday
The Profile Assistant will provide a wide variety of duties including assisting with the operations of the Profile Retail store. Duties include providing front desk management and excellent customer service. The Profile Assistant will need to remain flexible and be able to multi-task. Profile Member needs will always be a priority as well as assisting the Profile Coach with member needs.
When answering the phone the assistant will need to take basic information regarding the customer question, triage to the appropriate staff and encouraging sign up using the Profile Website. Assistance with scheduling members for coach appointments and Orientation Sessions as well as assisting with setting up and take-down of Orientation Meetings will be the responsibility of the Profile Assistant.
Responsible for selling products and equipment, scheduling coach sessions and new member Orientation Sessions, cashier and assist with inventory management. Duties can include opening, closing, point of sale, handling money, assisting customers, product stocking and keeping the Profile Retail site clean.
All job duties will be carried out using a high level of customer service while promoting and participating in the team approach. High level of professionalism is expected while promoting health and wellness both personally and professionally.
Responsible to the Clinical Program Director at Sanford Frontiers.
Equipment operated: computer skills to include us of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point as well as navigate and be proficient to teach and encourage members and team how to use the Profile web site.
When students are providing patient care, treatment, and/or services as a part of their training, any/all employees may be asked to supervise the students.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with office management and websites a plus. Sales experience beneficial.
