The Bismarck Tribune is seeking a highly motivated, self starter to supportouradvertising sales staff. The Sales Assistant will collaborate with both clients and sales in all aspects of the selling process including trafficking of ads for placement, billing questions and reconciliations, inputting ads into the billing system, coordinating activities between departments and performing related sales duties within the advertising department to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Responsibilitiesalso include organizing and proofing customer supplied ad materials and copy, delivering proofs and tearsheets, corresponding with advertising customers by phone and email, and performing a variety of other support functions. Computer experience in Microsoft office is necessary.
