- Open, sort, scan and filing of expense reports
- Audit employee expense reports by applying applicable company policies, FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and identifying taxable compensation
- Terminated employee expense report entry
- Research and resolve Travel account variances in Oracle
- Assist employees and Bangalore with escalated queries via e-mail and phone
- Work as a team player to complete cost transfers, invoice adjustments, reporting taxable compensation, bank deposits, American Express Airline Billing Account (ABA) approvals and prepayments, as needed
- Continual review and update of process documentation
- American Express Program Administration i.e. application processing, card terminations
- Reconciliation of employee accounts
- Assist employees with determining the reason for American Express delinquencies incurred
- Participate in driving a 'sales culture'' attitude and demonstrate excellent customer focus
- Travel hotline rotation
- Generation of Cognos Reports
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE RELATED SPECIFICALLY TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE JOB:
- Minimum of one to two years of accounting experience preferred
- PC knowledge particularly Windows, Word, Excel
- Sharepoint knowledge a plus
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet expected deadlines
- Strong customer focus and service skills
- High level of written communication skills
- Work in a team centered environment with the ability to:
