Hiring Range: $15.25 -- $17.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma and two years of office support, clerical, or secretarial work experience. Coursework in a vocational office support or closely related program may substitute for the work experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Summary of Work:
Essential functions on the position include:
Type and process correspondence, memos, requests for records, and a variety of forms for Children and Family Services Unit
Assemble assessment reports, care plan reports and other documents; make necessary copies and prepare for mailing
Process incoming and outgoing mail; weigh and affix correct postage on outgoing mail
Send and receive fax mail
Provide backup for receptionists during breaks/lunch/absences; answer telephones and assist public with questions and requests
Process a very high volume of filing daily; scan documents
Open case management files, maintain filing while open, audit and close
Purge closed files for destruction and destroy cards if applicable and update Access vault list
Monitor and handle work received in work trays daily
Maintain supplies in 4th floor mailroom
Assist workers with supply or file requests
Assist workers will data input requests on FRAME
Backup for recording minutes for County Social Service Board Meeting.
