Hiring Range: $4,708 - $6,277 per month
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and licensure as a LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners; OR a Master''s Degree in Counseling and licensure as a LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) by the ND Board of Counselor Examiners; OR a Doctorate in Psychology and licensure as a Psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners.
If unable to find fully-licensed candidates, will consider filling this position as a Human Relations Counselor (4142) , which requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and licensure as a LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker) by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners; OR a Master''s Degree in Counseling and licensure as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) by the ND Board of Counselor Examiners. If eligiblefor licensure as a LPC or a LAPC but not currently licensed, must be able to obtain this licensure within 30 days of being offered the position. The successful applicant cannot start in the position without the applicable ND licensure.
Qualified applicants must have ability to work with people, possess excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and computer skills. Preference given to applicants who have training and experience in evidence based practice models.

Summary of Work
Essential job functions include conducting sex offender assessments/intakes. This position will also provide co-facilitated group therapy for the sex offender treatment program. This position will be responsible for keeping up to date on the best practices for providing sex offender treatment. Ongoing contact with probation officers will also be needed. The other part of this position will include providing a range of therapeutic interventions with an emphasis on individual, family, and group therapy. This position will involve some evening hours. This position will seek out and accept clinical cases that require a high degree of clinical and interpersonal skills to address complex multi-problem cases with a variety of age groups.
