Minimum Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Must have working knowledge of accounting principles.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to take instructions via telephone.
Preferred Qualifications
Data entry experience is desirable.

Summary of Work
Job duties include accurately input wire transfer information into automated wire system; Communicate with wire transfer customers in a professional manner; Assist in daily balancing of wire transfers and automated clearing house (ACH); Assist customers with inquiries or questions regarding cash management system; Ensure that ACH returns and notifications of change (NOC) are prepared and distributed; Assist with projects; Update customer information in cash management system.
Position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M.
