DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of sales executive compensation plans and terminology
- Correspond with regional HR and financial, Global Sales and sales reps/managers
- Analyze and research sales executive commission related questions
- Review order bookings for Commission eligibility
- Create commission requests
- Knowledge of Unisys order systems (preferred)
- Balance sales executive monthly commission statements
NOTE: THE WORK HOURS AND HOLIDAY SCHEDULES FOR THIS POSTION WILL BE ESTABLISHED TO REFLECT THE WORK HOURS AND HOLIDAY SCHEDULES OF THE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE RELATED SPECIFICALLY TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE JOB:
- Associates Degree or equivalent work related experience
- Minimum of two years general accounting experience
- PC skills, especially Windows, Excel and MS Word
- Experience in Information Technology or Computer programming a plus
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work in team environment
- Familiarity with Oracle AP, AR and order entry systems
