Identifies, negotiates, and manages strategies to develop new business opportunities.Assists with the supervision of day-to-day operations of the clinical research department to streamline clinical trials operations.Assists with the marketing of the department to implement business development all fiscal related and regulatory related documentation.Performs business analytics and project management for pharmacy department.Performs these functions while promoting and upholding attitudes of caring, compassion, justice, and respect for the human person.
Education:BA / BS in health science, business management, or marketing management.
Licensure:N/A
Experience:One yearof experience in related medical fields preferred.
Skills:Must be able to understand clinical research and pharmacy terminology.Familiarity with FDA and clinical
research regulatory processes.Excellent presentation, oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-
solvingskills; supervisory skills; knowledge of accounting practices and procedures; budget and study costs
analytical capability; understanding of legal language in order to identify areas of potential risk in contract
language; ability to function independently with little or no instruction and to manage multiple project tasks and
skills: proficiency in Word, Power Point, and Excel.Experience with Quicken preferred.
Skilled with reading, spelling, and sentence structure.Ability to function independently with little or no instruction
and ability to function as a member of a team.
Interpersonal Skills:Relates well with staff, patients, and visitors.Maintains confidentiality
Physical Effort:Light Medium:Moves / lifts boxes weighing 20 pounds or less,frequently, and up to 35 pounds, infrequently.Sits at desk constant performing above job functions approximately 90%25%20of time.
Hours of Work:Works 8-hour day shift Monday through Friday, occasionally works evening and/or weekend shift with occasional overtime, if required.

Other:Position may require some travel.Working Conditions:Works in a temperature-controlled environment, approximately 70 F year round.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
