The Bismarck Tribune has a full-time opening for a motivated, self-reliant person to work on our customer service team. The ideal candidate must be personable, with the excellent customer service and phone skills. The ideal candidate will possess good written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office proficient, possess good problem solving skills, and able to multi-task. Data entry skills, enthusiasm, a pleasant phone voice and demeanor are a must. Shift includes day hours, though some early mornings, and every other weekend.
