Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's degree with course work in accounting.
Two years to five years of similar or related experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail oriented.
Ability to travel.

Assist in the development and administration of various state and federal programs administered by the Division of Community Services.
Essential Job Duties include:
1. DCS Fiscal Review, Monitoring, and Reporting
1. Assist with bi-annual budgets and review the DCS monthly financial reports.
2. Assist with grant reporting through various grant reporting systems.
3. Assist with on-site monitoring of grantees and projects
2. Administrative Duties for DCS Programs
1. Provide technical assistance to grantees with grant administration, grants management, and federal compliance standards.
2. Assist with the development of program policies and procedures based on interpretation of Federal regulations.
3. Assist with updating of grant administrative manuals.
4. Assist with the preparation, development, and submission of the Annual Action Plan for the Five-year Consolidated Plan submitted to HUD for CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds.
5. Plan, organize, and conduct grant administration workshops and training sessions.
3. Other duties as assigned.
