Job Description
The Web Solutions Architect III is responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of specific web-based applications. This position will lead project teams with customers and staff. The web applications utilize a variety of computing platforms and technology. These include Windows and UNIX environments. Applications could include PHP, PowerBuilder, SharePoint or .NET technologies. This position works under minimal direction and is responsible to recommend technical strategies.
Required Skills
This position requires frequent sitting, standing, bending, lifting up to 10 pounds; and use of keyboard/computer; and occasional walking. This position requires finger dexterity, good hearing and color vision, the ability to perform close work, and the ability to speak. Must be able to analyze data and reports; conduct research; implement recommendations; direct others; develop plans, procedures and goals; present information to others; and work under stress to complete projects. This position occasionally works in conditions of dirt and dust, fumes, chemicals, extreme heat and cold, vibration, and noise. This position may be required to operate a motor vehicle or fly in Cooperative or commercial aircraft.
Required Experience
Required: An Associate s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering or related field and eight years of work related experience OR ten years experience in development of PHP, .NET, Javascript, VBScript, or Java applications with SQL Server or Oracle databases. Considerable knowledge of application development and application lifecycles, web development and implementation of applications; knowledge of PHP, Javascript, jQuery, .NET or PowerBuilder; knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and query optimization; knowledge of Web Services and API development using REST or SOAP; knowledge of CSS, HTML and XML; knowledge of interface usability; knowledge of relational databases; and knowledge and experience with project management concepts. Ability to use a keyboard and computer, color vision, good hearing and finger dexterity, and the ability to perform close-up work as is customary working on a computer 90%25%20of the time. Must be able to conduct research, implement recommendations, analyze data and reports, develop plans for projects, communicate clearly in writing and in speech, and work under stress to complete projects. Be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques. Proficient in Microsoft Software and MS Project. Ability to manage time and provide estimates of time required to accomplish work. Manage project deadlines. Ability to coach and mentor co-workers. Some travel by automobile, or fly in Cooperative or commercial aircraft.
Preferred: IIS administration experience; experience with applications using SQL Server or Oracle Databases. Knowledge of Access software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
