Job Description
The Senior Enterprise Application Architect is responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of multiple specific enterprise applications. This position leads project teams, with customers and staff. The enterprise applications utilize a variety of computing platforms and technology. These include Windows and UNIX environments. This position works under minimal direction and is responsible to recommend technical strategies and project leadership. This position regularly coaches and mentors other team members and has project management experience.
Required Skills
This position requires frequent sitting, standing, bending, lifting up to 10 pounds; and use of keyboard/computer; and occasional walking. This position requires finger dexterity, good hearing and color vision, the ability to perform close work, and the ability to speak. Must be able to analyze data and reports; conduct research; implement recommendations; direct others; develop plans, procedures and goals; present information to others; and work under stress to complete projects. This position occasionally works in conditions of dirt and dust, fumes, chemicals, extreme heat and cold, vibration, and noise. This position may be required to operate a motor vehicle or fly in Cooperative or commercial aircraft.
Required Experience
Required:Associates degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering or a related field and 15 years of experience with development of Visual Basic, C++, C#, .NET, PowerBuilder, or Java applications with SQL Server or Oracle OR 17 years of related computer experience. Extensive knowledge of application development and application lifecycles, application development and implementation of applications; C+
or C# or Visual Basic, or PowerBuilder, or other procedural language; Structured Query Language (SQL); relational databases; and project management concepts and techniques. Ability to use a keyboard and computer, color vision, good hearing and finger dexterity, and the ability to perform close-up work as is customary working on a computer 90%25%20of the time. Must be able to conduct research, implement recommendations, analyze data and reports, develop plans for projects, communicate clearly in writing and in speech, and work under stress to complete projects. Be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques. Ability to manage time and provide estimates of time required to accomplish work, manage deadlines, and coach and mentor co-workers. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project. Travel by automobile, fly in Cooperative or commercial aircraft 10%25%20of the time or less.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
