Junior Valuation Analyst We are seeking a Junior Valuation Analyst in our Bismarck or Fargo location.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with real estate related transactions for appraisals, valuations, and policy.
Reviewing certified commercial and residential real estate appraisals.
Supporting the Valuation Officer with record keeping processes.
Researching residential, commercial and agriculture real estate market statistics.
Analyzing source data and the correlation to tax assessed value.
Developing source data information by market and by type of property.
Maintaining a rolling 12-month correlation model by market by property type.
Assisting with maintaining a catalog of sales comparable and CAP rates.
You should have:
One to three years similar experience and the equivalent of a bachelor's degree Sound analytical, problem solving, and written communication skills.
