This position supervises, trains, and schedules our Direct Support Professionals.
Program Supervisors also work closely with our customers to deliver superior services, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation.
In addition, the role supports our customers with their health, wellness, and personal cares.

QualificationsEssential Skills and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED Experience with Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs required Supervisory experience preferred Successful completion of required training including DD certification; CPR/First Aid certified Pre-employment drug screen, background check and insurable driving record Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state will be required based on assigned job duties Other Skills and
Experience:
Good organizational and communication skills; team player Proficiency with computers and related software, e.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
