Starting salary:

Key responsibilitiesoInterview, hire, train and orientate a team.
oOversee and enforce proper standards and procedures.
oMaintain excellent customer satisfaction.
oInventory counting and recording.
oCash Management.
oCreate schedules for their stores.
oOpening, closing, and additional administrative duties.
oEnsure proper food handing and preparation.
General Managers establish and communicate a vision for their teamThey create a fun, inviting and safe environment where everyone is treated fairly and with respectOur General Managers operate the business with a high level of honesty and integrity and are always seeking to improve themselves, their team and the businessoMinimum of 1-year restaurant management experience.
oQSR or Fast-casual experience, preferred but not required.
oAbility to work both independently and as a member of a team.
oDesire to learn and willingness to accept feedback.
oMust have a great personality, a desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging.
oStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

oAbility to bend, knee and lift (25 - 50 pounds) oMobility (i.

bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying)oAll positions require long periods of standing, that includes evenings and weekends.
