InformatIon Services Manager
Summary: Provide services in the areas of network analysis, network engineering, hardware, software and software maintenance, and upgrades to radiation oncology computer systems at Bismarck Cancer Center (BCC). Provide hardware and software support, problem resolution to the BCC Staff. Organize, schedule and teach computer classes to the BCC staff on the utilization of hardware and software. Coordinate and network with area health care provider to exchange information in a secured manner. Update and maintain all technological communication (such as email, telephone, and website) needs of BCC. Education: Minimum education equivalent to an Associates Degree in Computer Technology or related field required. Certification as a Cisco CCNA within one year from date of employment.
Experience: The Network Support staff must have working knowledge of the various network infrastructures used at BCC. Experience in successful design, installation and configurations of Ethernet networks. Experience dealing with local and wide area networks, including data communications.
